Life is like traveling. You meet a lot of people. You like some and you dislike a few. Some stay and some go away. The best thing actually is knowing a few who choose to stay despite the fact that you don't want them to.

Here's an excerpt from Rajneesh Osho's book, one of my sources of inspiration. ☺

“Life is a journey—an endless journey. Do not analyze. Just enjoy the journey. Pity you!—in your obsession for the destination, you miss to appreciate the beauty of the journey itself. There is no goal—if life has a goal, then when you reach the goal, you have become imprisoned by your own goal—you have become less by your goal. What we have in life is a series of journeys. In fact it is the journey alone that counts.” (in Rajneesh Osho’s book, If you see the Buddha; That is not the Buddha–Slap it! Pune, India: Osho Ashram, 1995; p. 163) .

Now, back to work mode. Aja!

I was browsing a while ago in Facebook and found a very interesting photo from my FB friend's album. The photo interests me a lot because it looks really similar with our famous Ferris Wheel in Kaohsiung. Take a look at this.

London Eye

The photo above is of that they called the London Eye (Ferris Wheel). Here's what the photographer is saying about this controversial infrastructure.

So, today’s shot is of the newly famous London Eye. It’s more than just a ferris wheel. I can understand why it was so controversial when it was being built. What proper city would want a carnival-esque attraction right in the middle of it all? Well, this is no regular ferris wheel. It’s at least four times bigger than most, and each capsule is like a tiny plane. Sadly, I didn’t have a chance to go inside for a ride… this was for many reasons:

  • They put a bunch of people in with you, and I fear they would all crowd to the window
  • I want to go up at exactly sunset and take an amazing photo, which would really require me to be by myself or with an assistant
I saw there was a special “ride” you can get that has gourmet chocolate on board. That sounded good and I wanted to plan that for a future trip! - Rainbow over the London Eye

Thanks to Danny Alex for the link. (;

Because most of the people at work are urging me to create a blog. They said this is the IN thing nowadays.

Because I got nothing to do at this very dawn. My body clock never adjusted with the time difference here in Bora.

Because I can't sleep anymore and I want to do something "productive".

Because I fell in l♥ve the very first time I saw the template of this blog.

Because I want something NEW for my upcoming birthday.

Because I think FACEBOOK is not that universal.

Because...just because. LOL!

I will be posting interesting stuff from here on. Stuff like my travel stories, my love adventures, meeting strangers, personal rantings, and a lot more.

Hope you will be checking this portal every now and then. Jia you! ☺
